Convenient location in the heart of downtown Toronto. Ability to make our own meals in the suite's kitchenette.- Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep

Cleaning could be improved, as some areas were not completely clean. Check-in time was unusual and inconvenient.

We loved location; it was central.

Location and food were GREAT, it was next to restaurants and downtown and many of other attractions Toronto had to offer. The location was unbeatable and brilliant and we had lots of places to go. Moreover, it was steps from a public square.

Convenient location, helpful manager, close to transit, accommodating host, downtown proximity, near shops.

The apartment was conveniently located near public transportation and shopping centers. the host was accommodating and easily reachable. being able to cook our own meals was a great advantage during our stay.

The apartment lacked proper cleanliness and maintenance. the sheets and towels were not clean, and the kitchen dishes were dirty.

Comfy beds, great downtown location, helpful host, close to subway and shopping.

I had a comfortable stay at Furnished Living-Gerard. the location was fantastic, with easy access to subway stations and public transport. It was just a 2 minute walk to the Eaton Centre, which was very convenient. the bed choices were comfy and the kitchen was functional. the manager was always available and helpful, even though he seemed busy. it was a pleasant experience. Cons: Nothing, all excellent. 👍.

I recently stayed at Furnished Living-Gerard in downtown Toronto for a weekend getaway. The location was ideal, with easy access to subway stations and public transport. The host was incredibly accommodating and always available by cell phone. The apartment was close to the Eaton Centre and central street with lots of shops. the experience was positive and the host's thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated.

The bed choices were super comfy and the location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of downtown! The night view of the building was jaw-dropping, and being close to the hospital, shopping, and restaurants was incredibly convenient. Plus, the subway station was just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the city. The suite had all the amenities we needed, including wi-fi, an electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning. If there was a swimming pool, it would have been the cherry on top! a fantastic stay with everything we could ask for!

Good location near attractions, spacious rooms, sufficient equipment, reliable Wi-Fi, helpful hosts despite late check-in. Centrally located to Downtown Yonge and other Toronto attractions. Functional kitchen. Convenient to the subway.
